Delete Your Account
You can delete your BeSocialz account and its data at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your information.
Delete from the app
- Open BeSocialz and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account & Preferences.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted, along with your profile, posts and activity, within 30 days. Security logs are kept for 180 days as required by Indian cybersecurity rules.
Delete by email
Prefer not to use the app? Email support@besocialz.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". Our team will process your request and confirm once it's done.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, posts, comments, club and hangout memberships, messages and connections are permanently removed.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, for example payment records kept for tax and accounting. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
