Welcome to BeSocialz. These Terms of Use govern your use of our app and website, including how you create clubs, join meetups, and meet other users in person. By using BeSocialz, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The platform is a facilitator. You are responsible for what happens when you meet other users in person.
BeSocialz connects you with strangers for offline meetups. We do not perform background checks, identity verification, or criminal screening on users. You meet other users at your own risk.

You assume all risks of meeting other users offline. BeSocialz, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any harm, loss, theft, injury, or other damages that may occur during in-person meetups arranged through the platform. This includes risks related to safety, health, property, or any other consequence of meeting strangers.
BeSocialz helps you discover hangouts, clubs, events, and other users, and may order, rank, filter, or label them (for example as "suggested," "recommended," "popular," or "near you") using interests, location, category, activity, or automated methods. These features are convenience tools to aid discovery only. They do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, introduction, vetting, or representation by BeSocialz regarding any user, organizer, club, event, or their identity, character, safety, professional competence, qualifications, or suitability for any purpose.
BeSocialz does not provide matchmaking and does not pair, match, or introduce users for personal, social, romantic, or professional compatibility. Any connection you form and any decision you make — including any personal, financial, business, or professional decision arising from a connection made through the app — is made at your sole discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeSocialz is not responsible or liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any suggestion, discovery feature, or automated output, or for the results of any meeting, relationship, collaboration, transaction, or decision between users.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to law enforcement.
You retain ownership of the content you post (profile, photos, posts, comments, etc.). However, by posting on BeSocialz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting BeSocialz.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice.
If you create a club or meetup, you are the organizer. You are responsible for what happens at your event — venue safety, conduct of attendees, and any commitments you make to attendees.
If you RSVP and attend an event, you do so at your own risk. Show up on time, respect the organizer and other attendees, and follow venue rules.
If you can't make it, cancel your RSVP promptly so the organizer knows. Repeatedly RSVPing and not showing up (no-shows) may lead to restrictions on your account.
BeSocialz offers optional paid features such as account verification (Blue Tick, Gold Tick). Pricing is shown at the point of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
For the avoidance of doubt: a verified badge, where offered, confirms only that a user completed an optional profile-confirmation step (such as confirming an email, phone number, or a photo match to a profile picture). It is not a background check, criminal-record check, identity-document verification, professional-credential check, employment or qualification check, or any assurance of a user's character, conduct, safety, honesty, or professional competence. BeSocialz does not represent its environment as "verified," "screened," or "vetted," and any member — with or without a badge — must be evaluated by you independently. BeSocialz disclaims all liability arising from reliance on any badge or verification status.
The BeSocialz name, logo, app design, branding, and all platform content (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Nextgen BeSocialz Network Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use our IP without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — or if we reasonably believe you pose a safety risk to other users.
You may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing us. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
BeSocialz is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeSocialz, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your conduct toward other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of BeSocialz will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@besocialz.com.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
