BeSocialz may surface hangouts, clubs, events, or other users to you based on shared interests, location, category, activity, or other signals. Any such suggestion, ranking, ordering, "recommended," "suggested," or "near you" label, or algorithmic or automated output is provided purely to help you discover options that may interest you. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, verification, vetting, guarantee, or representation by BeSocialz about any person, organizer, club, event, or the suitability, safety, character, professional competence, or trustworthiness of any user or group.
BeSocialz does not match, pair, introduce, or curate people for compatibility of any kind — personal, social, romantic, or professional — and makes no promise about the outcome, quality, or value of any connection, meeting, conversation, collaboration, or decision that results from using the app. You are solely responsible for evaluating anyone you meet and for any personal, social, financial, business, or professional decision you make in connection with them. BeSocialz is a venue for discovery, not a party to, guarantor of, or advisor on any relationship or decision that follows.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user — whether online or offline. This includes (but is not limited to): harassment, fraud, theft, injury, illness, property damage, emotional harm, or any other harmful behavior or outcome.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any safety concern, please use the in-app report tool or email us at support@besocialz.com. We take reports seriously and may suspend or permanently ban users who violate our Community Guidelines.

BeSocialz is not a mediator. We are not responsible for resolving disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts between users. Such matters should be addressed directly between the parties involved — or through the appropriate legal authorities.
BeSocialz is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, internet outages, or labor disputes.
